Returns and Refunds Policy

Plant Products 

All plant products sent out will not be entitled to any refunds. Plants may not look exactly as shown in the product page due to natural reasons. 

No exchanges will be allowed. Plant selections are specially curated by our design team.

Workshops

Once you have booked onto a workshop, please refrain from cancelling the workshop as our team had been working hard towards the fulfilment of the event. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may cancel your session not more than 14 days before the event. Within two weeks of the workshop date, you will not be able to cancel the workshop or transfer to another session. 

Failure to attend the workshop session will result in full forfeit of the workshop fees (no refund).

Please note that our workshops have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. We reserve the right to amend of cancel our workshops. If we cancel a workshop, we will endeavour to give you at least one weeks’ notice. You will have the option of transferring to another workshop or having the full refund of the fees.
