We offer bespoke botanical design for events of all scale- from your intimate private dining party at home to your exclusive gala in a grand ballroom, from your 20 pax private wedding to a 500 pax resort wedding. Process

Let us guide you through our simple process of working with us. We offer a 1:1 communication channel for easy communication. Here is a brief process of the phases that we will go through together.

Step 1: Understanding the Brief 

Before our first meeting, we will require you to share with us a basic brief of the Event and the design scope you’d like to engage us on. A short information sheet will also be sent over to you to fill in with all the information of the event- including the date, time, location, style & budget. Together with this form, you can relay a mood board or a Pinterest board of the vibe or ideas you’d like us to refer to.

After we receive these information, we will send you a link to join us on a call where we can discover more about you or your brand and explore ideas for your vision.

Step 2: Design Presentation and Revision 

With a clear understanding of your brief and expectations, we will curate a Design Proposal that will include:

• A Mood Board
• A Botanical Palette 
• Design Proposal Sketch(es)
• Cost Estimate
• Estimated Timeline of the Project 

This will allow you to have a better understanding of what to expect in terms of the timeline and also have a visualisation of the final design.

Step 3: Event Installation

Prior to the event, we will coordinate and liaise with the Event Organiser/ Venue Manager, to determine the exact timeline of the Actual Day. A site visit to the venue will also be done by us to prevent any miscommunications on the day of the event.

On the day of the event, all logistics will be handled by our team. So just sit back and relax. The team will ensure every detail discussed during our meetings are translated into reality.

Step 4: Repurposing of Materials 

Aligned with our Sustainability Efforts, we try our best to repurpose the materials used in your events such that they can be reused or recycled, to prolong its lives. 

These are currently done in 3 ways:

1. Allowing the guests to bring home the flowers and plants 

2. Rooted materials to be repotted and potentially used again for future events 

3. Donated to charitable organisations

This allows our materials to be reused for another purpose, minimising our waste.
